This is What Happy Looks Like - Jennifer E. Smith She could only hope that in a place filled with so many wonders, it would have still been possible to appreciate something as remarkable and ordinary as all this.

There are books that we get all excited about and all it does is disappoint us ... this is clearly not one of those books.
This is one of those amazing books that managed to fix my face with the silliest smiles imaginable!
I was so excited to read this that I actually put the three or so other books that I was reading, on halt, to read this.

There was also this weird part of me that decided to put off reading the novel for today (I could have completed it yesterday) just for the absurd reason that is, I didn't want this book to end.
It was simply the perfect read. I loved the fact that Graham was not a stuck-up celebrity. Like John Green said, sometimes we forget that celebrities are actually people with feelings and not just objects, and what we are saying about them matters to them.
What else can I say? This book is just awesome.

[Before I read the book:]
The blurb sounds amazing!! The fact that Jennifer E. Smith is a nerdfighter makes me want to read this book even more!

This Star Won't Go Out: The Life and Words of Esther Grace Earl - Esther Earl, Lori Earl, Wayne Earl, John Green image
I just know that this book will be beautiful, exceptional, and of course, awesome!
It's sad to mention that I didn't actually know Esther when she was alive. I discovered all the Nerdfighter awesomeness when I read The Fault in Our Stars in September of 2012. It has been an amazing experience to be a nerdfighter!
Like I said, I didn't actually know her but when I read about her and saw some of her uploaded videos, I couldn't help but feel the immense loss that everyone who knew her felt when she died in 2010. I just adore her. She will live as long as the nerdfighter community lives. This Star Won't Go Out.
RIA, Esther!
Prodigy - Marie Lu *CONTAINS SPOILERS but I don't feel like hiding the spoiler parts. AND! It's only a spoiler if you haven't read the book. So here comes the important question: WHY HAVEN'T YOU READ THIS PIECE OF AWESOME?*
I swear, after reading this book I was like:

It was nothing less of what I'd expected it to be.
I'm not a hater but I can't help but hate (or at least feel irked by) Tess. She's concerned, yes, but she was letting her jealousy speak for her.

I got to know something I was truly curious about when I read Legend: The rest of the world. It's satisfying to know that the Republic is not as strong as they want their people to believe.

The ending was...I can't even. I'll tell you this: It was about 4:20 AM (I mean, who needs sleep when you're reading books like this?) and I was literally pacing around my room, trying to rip my hair out and then I was hit right in the feels by a thousand feels-delivering ninjas. Honestly. It was like: BAM! At first I was in shock, I mean I was like: Marie Lu: image
And then I went in total denial:

And then something like this happened:

Life Before Legend (Legend, #0.5) - Marie Lu I just have to say this: Marie Lu, I adore you!!!
Legend - Marie Lu Each day means a new twenty-four hours. Each day means everything's possible again. You live in the moment, you die in the moment, you take it all one day at a time.
I did not love reading this book, I loved reading this book.
Champion: A Legend Novel - Marie Lu THE FIRST TWO CHAPTERS OF CHAMPION I CAN'T. (x)

Requiem - Lauren Oliver 1.5 Stars
What the hell just happened?

This was supposed to be the last book in the Delirium saga? Oh man, I'd been waiting for so long to read this book.
Hear's my complaint:
**CONTAINS SPOILERS**
In my opinion, there was no real conclusion to the series. I don't me the love-triangle 'cause we all know she'll end up with Alex eventually.
What I actually mean is we don't know at all what happens in re to the 'disease'. Will people be stopped from being 'treated' or will the Resistance have to fight for their entire lives and the generation after them will do the same? That is my issue. Honestly. I think Lauren Oliver is an amazing author but this book could have been so. Much. Better. It really could. I'm just disappointed. If this was not the last book in the series, I'd have easily given it a 3-4 stars rating. But it is, so...

Things I Can't Forget - Miranda Kenneally Good book overall but there was this one moment when I almost squealed: "I LOVE THIS BOOK!", reason being the mention of John Green. Gosh, I love that man!
The Final Piece - Maggi Myers 4.5 stars.
Together forever, never apart. Maybe in distance but never in heart.
Wow ... whatever I expected when I decided to read this book, it was not this! I read this a while ago but my feels still feel pretty fresh. This book's pacing was amazing and this was one of those books that truly gave me the feels!
The Last Echo - Kimberly Derting 2.6 Stars.
I think I liked it but I have to say: Crain is insane. Literally. How can any person be that insane?
The concept that a guy abducts a girl, makes her feel "comfortable", freaks out when she doesn't love him back and "breaks up" with her by murdering her was just too much. Not in a good way.
The only thing I actually liked in this entire book was Rafe.
The Indigo Spell - Richelle Mead 4.8 Stars.
I've been waiting for so long to read this book. Let's just say it was worth the wait.
Richelle Mead has me hooked even after so many books in the Vampire Academy/Bloodlines series. There are not many authors who can do that.
Trust me when I say this: It was fulfilling if you ship Adrian and Sydney. There are not many books that take me by surprise when suspense is concerned, but Richelle Mead really took me by surprise in this book.

There were moments when I kind of for irked at Sydney for not really being with Adrian but her reasons were good enough that I couldn't help but say: 'you've got a point'.

There are two types of paranormal books:
1. When the series gets really stupid that you feel like the author is simply creating new kind of crazy chaos just for the sake of writing more books.
2. When the series is so good that you'd be happy enough to marry it.
And this series is so not the first option.
I abso-freaking-lutely adored this book. I feel like if I don't read The Fiery Heart soon enough, I'll explode. I wish I was kidding.

Waiting For You - Susane Colasanti image
Wow. There were so many parts in this book where I could relate.
But I truly have to point out one thing:
"To you maybe. But not everyone has the same taste. There's other stuff to read besides books. Like magazines"
When I read that, I was all like: "Magazines can never be compared with books, you monster!" Seriously.
Overall: cute read.
Pushing the Limits - Katie McGarry 3.5
The Redemption of Callie & Kayden - Jessica Sorensen [March 10, 2013]
"Expected publication: 2014 by Sphere (first published August 6th 2013)"
*phew* 2013. I'd faint if the release date was set in 2014. I just can't get the first book out of my head.
No, I don't want to read this book, I need to read this book, like, right now!
Wallbanger - Alice Clayton image
I happen to believe that this is the singular book that made me laugh this much! I mean, there were parts when I would have done a spit-take if I were drinking something when I came across those words!!

"Settling into the nook between them, I rested. Our home was secure, and now I watched over The Feeder and The Tall One, so I allowed myself to dream. Of her. The one that got away."
I'll tell you one thing: I've never read a book in a cat's (and that too the mother (or should I say father) of all the awesome cats that abide this earth) perspective!

"Porrrrreeeennnnnya," Clive said... Oh, Clive.

Typical cat:

Oh, the texts and the witty talk! This one made me say "Oh, the irony!":
Simon(on an airplane): "The kid keeps banging my seat"

The book was awesome. Just awesome! 'Nuff said.
On the Jellicoe Road - Melina Marchetta
This. Freaking. Book.
This book has been on the back of my mind every time I rate a book. If I hadn't read this book the number of books with a 5 star rating on my shelf would be more but this book ... I can't help but think the book I just read is not much compared to Jellicoe Road. Every. Single. Time. I'm not comparing the writing/story of the books but what I'm actually comparing is what this book made me feel. Only a few books are capable of this. -Sigh- this was an exceptional book and I'm glad I read it.
